Literacy: Novels and stories by significant children's authors. Instructions, poetic style. Traditional stories, fables, myths and legends.
Numeracy: Counting, portioning and calculating. Understanding shape, handling data, measures and securing number facts.
Science: Gases around us. Life cycles.
Art: Objects and meanings - still life drawing, painting. Containers - Greek vases.
I.C.T: Graphic modelling. Cyber cafe.
Music: Cyclic patterns and exploring lyrics and melody.
P.E: Dance (at the olympics). Invasion games (football/netball). Circuit training/skipping.
P.S.H.E: Resolving conflict. Getting on and falling out/Say no to bullying.
